"Three African wizard sat in serious conversation, all of them wearing long white robes and roasting what looked like a rabbit on a bright purple fire, while a group of middle-aged American witches sat gossiping happily beneath a spangled banner stretched between their tents that read: THE SALEM WITCHES' INSTITUTE" (Goblet of Fire 84).
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a vegetarian substitute for roast rabbit. My carnivorous friends have told me that rabbit is a decidedly greasey meat, a consistency which is exceptionally difficult to create without animal fat. So you'll just have to imagine it, sorry!
